Send a takedown notice
Email hello@actiongames.io with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and a way to contact you (email + phone or postal address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you’re asserting rights to.
- The exact URL(s) on actiongames.io where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Once we receive a complete notice, we’ll review it and, if it’s valid, remove or disable access to the material in question, usually within a few business days. We’ll then notify the party who supplied the content (where we have their contact info).
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can submit a counter-notice to the same email. Include your contact info, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal district court.
Repeat infringers
We may terminate or restrict access for users (or content sources) that are the subject of repeated, valid DMCA notices.
Bad-faith notices
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice is unlawful and may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Please make sure your claim is accurate before sending one.
