Privacy policy
This policy explains what data ActionGames collects and what we do with it. We keep it short, in plain English.
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Who we are
“ActionGames”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of actiongames.io. You can reach us at hello@actiongames.io.
What we collect
You don’t need an account to use the site. By default, we collect very little:
- Standard request logs— your IP address, user-agent, referrer, and the URL you requested. Used to keep the site up and to detect abuse. Retained for up to 30 days.
- Analytics— if enabled, we use Google Analytics with IP anonymization to count visits and understand which games are popular. We do not sell this data.
- Local preferences — theme (dark/light) and similar UI choices stored in your browser’s
localStorage. Never sent to our servers.
Ads & third parties
Some games are embedded from third-party providers (e.g. GameMonetize). Those iframes may set their own cookies and collect data per theirpolicies. We don’t control what individual game iframes do. If a game asks for camera, microphone, or location permissions and you don’t expect that — deny it and email us.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and local-storage entries. See our Cookies page for the full list and how to disable them.
Children
ActionGames is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through us, email us and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hello@actiongames.iowith the subject “Privacy request” and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere and apply industry-standard safeguards. No system is 100% secure, though, so don’t send us sensitive personal data through email if you can avoid it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, post a notice on the site.
